Harold Puthoff, Ph.D.

Dr. Puthoff is currently the Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Austin, Texas, a position held for more than 10 years. He is considered one of the premier theoretical physicists in the field of vacuum zero point energy and has published several of the seminal papers in the area. A graduate of Stanford University, he has been a Research Associate and Lecturer there in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Dr. Puthoff also served several years as the Director for the Cognitive Sciences Program at SRI International. As a theoretical and experimental physicist he has worked in the areas of fundamental electrodynamics, quantum vacuum states, gravitation, cosmology, and high power microelectronics.

Thomas Valone, founding member of New Energy Congress, is an engineering physicist with 25 years of experience in emerging energy sciences. He is a Consulting Fellow of the World Innovation Foundation and has several books and 100 articles in print. He received a PhD in General Engineering from Kennedy-Western University and a Masters in Physics from the State University of NY at Buffalo.

Ingénieur en physique nucléaire et électronique, docteur-ingénieur et docteur ès science, Jean-Paul Biberian a travaillé pendant de nombreuses années sur les propriétés physico-chimiques des surfaces des métaux et semi-conducteurs en France et aux Etats-Unis. En 1977 il est présélectionné pour le choix du premier astronaute européen. En 1982 il fonde la société Luminy-Instruments qui développe de l'instrumentation d'analyse de surface. C'est à cette période qu'il dépose trois brevets dont deux sur les écrans plats à micro-pointe. Depuis 1993 les domaines de la Fusion Froide et des transmutations biologiques le passionnent. En 2004, il en organise la conférence internationale à Marseille ICCF11, où 170 chercheurs de 20 pays ont participé.
